Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders, ensuring that your purchase reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 days to process before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. You can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Complete the Return Form: Fill out the form below with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and securely attach it to your package after removing or covering any previous labels.
- Ship Your Item: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location. Please ensure the item is carefully packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by us. You simply need to use the provided prepaid shipping label.
- Earrings do not fall under our return policy, due to hygiene reasons. Exception applies in case of a production error.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
